Sikawa Site Profile
Sikawa depended on a shallow well that was prone to contamination. The water was turbid, and quantity was often inadequate. Toilets were overused and unhygienic, and with no handwashing points or menstrual hygiene support, learners — particularly girls — were exposed to indignity and health risks.
